- Develop photolithography processes to meet customer specifications & manufacturing process flows from customer requirements.
- Responsible for lots in process and communication with customer.
- Develop coat processes for photoresist and other polymer-based films for MEMS structures.

- Sustain, evaluate and improve existing photolithography processes.
